Its warming properties make it ideal for use before or after exercise, as a dynamic massage. Its characteristic energizing and stimulating fragrance includes notes of cinnamon and camphor. Dermatologically tested. TIGER BALM® does not contain animal fat. Its products are made with essential oils and plant-based ingredients.

TIGER BALM® lotion is the liquid version of TIGER BALM® Red. It is recommended for massage before or after exercise.

Directions for use:
Apply topically 3 to 4 times daily. Gently massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed. Do not use in conjunction with hot water bottles or heating pads.
