Which products come with a warranty?
All products sold on our website are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to normal use and compliance with the manufacturer's recommended instructions. Excluded from the products under warranty are all consumables and single-use everyday products.
In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this warranty period, the repair will be carried out by our after-sales service technicians provided that: the product has not been subjected to shock, immersion, etc., the problem has not been caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance of the product (e.g. obstruction), the product has not been repaired by an after-sales service other than that of our website or any other unauthorized person, the product has not undergone any change from its original condition.

Products whose original packaging is not damaged
All products purchased from our store are delivered to you in their original packaging. Please keep it until the end of the warranty period because if you decide to return the item for any reason, it must have the original packaging so that it can be transported undamaged. In the event that the product is returned in packaging other than the original, My Pedicure cannot be held responsible.
