PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIME
Your order will be prepared within 24 business hours. The average delivery time is 24-48 hours, depending on the chosen shipping method. Any order placed before 4 p.m. may be shipped the same day for next-day or two-day delivery, Monday through Friday. As part of its environmental policy, My Pédicurie may ship your orders in recycled cardboard boxes. All our shipments are tracked using a tracking number issued by the carrier (DPD, Colissimo, DHL, etc.) and available in the online customer area.
RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package and the conformity of the goods upon delivery. If a package is damaged and the customer does not express any reservations upon receipt, we will not be able to take any action against the carrier. In the case of an open or damaged package, the customer must express reservations to the carrier upon receipt or refuse the package. The customer must then report the problem to My Pédicurie within 24 business hours by writing an email to contact@my-pedicurie.com or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to My Pédicurie, 305 Avenue de Terreblanque, 40230 Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse. If no complaint is made within this period of 1 business day, the products will be considered delivered in conformity and accepted by the customer.
