The TIGER BALM® range is inspired by a Chinese herbalist's ancestral recipe, which has been proven for over 100 years. TIGER BALM® Red helps reduce tension through massage. Its warming properties make it ideal for use before or after exercise, as a dynamic massage. Its characteristic energizing and stimulating fragrance includes notes of cinnamon and camphor. Dermatologically tested. TIGER BALM® does not contain animal fat. Its products are made with essential oils and plant-based ingredients.

Directions for use:
Apply topically 3 to 4 times daily. Gently massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed. Do not use in conjunction with hot water bottles or heating pads.
